I love this Erica...I'm starting a little notebook on this process. I saw a cup of coffee with lots of steam coming off the top...so the basic idea was heat. I find my days are more and more about remote viewing...I don't have caller ID but I pick up a call and say, "Hi________" whoever I see on the other end. I'm usually right on. Most people just laugh and say "You have caller ID." but of course I don't.

I love this format!! The biggest problem I've had lately [other than discounting images that have been used in the past...] is getting remote views that happen within a day or two, but aren't specific with what I'm focusing on. Example, I'm focusing intently on 15a and get a great view of a barn and corn field, it's not monkey mind, I know the difference. Then the next day I'm at that barn and corn field. It happens all the time. . .I think with this Remote Mail, I can start to refine my focus. I put down everything that comes in and with its instant feedback, see where I lose the intent on the object and just slip into midbrain no mans land. Thanks so much. ~JoyceS, USA

I had to share this since it involves all of us and perhaps you will have heard this from others, too...I don't have the exact answers, only that consciousness is alive and well. Awhile back I noticed that aspects of what was being sent as remotes was manifesting in my life, both before and after. Not unusual. Then started getting very specific. 2 examples: I got an unsettling "joke" e-mail of a chestnut horse cantering around a ring. But, the horse was cut in half, only the front part of him showed. Definitely not funny! Couldn't get the image out of my head. The next Remote, was the EXACT horse, whole of course, cantering in a ring with the same white fence! Last night I bought a used small trailer and parked it in my drive, this morning there's the remote with the trailer. I know we've all been doing things like this , but , since I'm crying as I'm typing this, I realize this is hitting me very deeply! Not the manifestation aspect, or the questions of what comes first the 'chicken or the egg', but something deeper..."like we really are all one"!!! ~JoyceS, USA

I focused for a second and got "orange tabby cat". Immediately dismissed it since there was an orange tabby cat practically sitting on my email! Just wanted to let you know how much I enjoy these Fresh Dailys and I am learning a lot about myself. For instance I am definitely living in the future. I saw this exact scene but it was two weeks ago when I described the object as an obelisk with a round ball on top. I actually saw the lattice work and what seemed like a corona of light - I did think it was a radio tower or something, not the Eiffel Tower. This has happened to me more than once. I have also noticed that I will give an answer on the weekly animal or object and it will be incorrect for that week but right on for the next week So I do need to work on being more in the present. Anyway, once again thank you so much for this wonderful learning opportunity. ~DeannaY, Canada
 
After my legacy walk... I remote viewed. I focused on the light box on the screen, and then closed my eyes. Up came a black horizontal screen. Within it I saw a spinning ball of energy surrounded by gold. A candle light came into my mind, and then the whole screen turned golden. Wow! What an experience! How thrilled to see the remote view room with the Orb! ~Joy, USA
 
Is it the weekly target practice where you scroll down to confirm accuracy? I was at someone's house last week and got the 'gold coins' which lit a flame. I want to practice! Since I 24-hour caregive I would prefer the weekly. ~DaleR, USA
 
I just wanted to give you some feedback about what works well for me...I really like the grey box at the top of the email that I focus on, it seems to work well to focus on it and allow a picture to start to form. The rest of the email is set up great too it works really well the way you have it laid out. Thanks again for your effort on this! ~JackieK, USA
 
It is a stroke of genius to have the blank place to focus on first. It was like a whole different neuronet kicked in (linked to seeing the HenrySugar cards) and expanded the range of what I could see with my eyes open. Thanks again and again for all you are doing.
